Artist Cynthia Swaney loves New Zealand cottages and gardens, and she recreates them beautifully in colour pencil.
That accounts for the charming detail in her drawings, which are on offer as hand made greeting cards in many of New Zealand’s finest shops, including J. Ballantyne & Co., Ltd., of Christchurch and Kirkcaldie & Stains Ltd., of Wellington.
In America, they are sold by world-famous American florist Jacob Maarse of Pasadena, and appear on stationery offered by the popular catalogue company, Paper Direct.
